MKE WAVE STATEMENT ON MISL ANNOUNCEMENT.

The MKE Wave received notification early this morning from our league offices in Tampa, Florida, that the MISL, Major Indoor Soccer League is restructuring and may not have an upcoming 2014-2015 season.

We have also learned that 4 of the 7 teams have voluntarily resigned from the MISL with the prospect of joining the PASL, Premiere Arena Soccer League - a 20-team league, which is now the largest Professional Indoor Soccer league in the United States.

As a result, the MKE Wave will be exploring all options in attempt to keep Professional Indoor Soccer alive in Milwaukee, WI. Regardless of the final outcome, we will be using this as an opportunity for some much needed restructuring of the MKE Wave franchise.
