Hello Milwaukee Wave Fans!

Here are some tips and helpful reminders if you're joining us for a game:

WHAT TO EXPECT ON GAME DAY

YOUR TICKETS

It is recommended that you have your game tickets accessible before parking.

LOCATION

The UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena is located at 400 W. Kilbourn Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53203. Click here for a Google Map of the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena and surrounding area.

GATES & SECURITY

Gates open 1 hour prior to the start of the game. We encourage fans to arrive early to allow enough time to get through arena security.

Please review the prohibited item list & security information for the arena, including bags.

There are no carry-ins. Food & beverage will be available at arena concession stands.

BAG POLICY

Guests attending public ticketed events are permitted to bring a 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or smaller clear stadium bag, gallon-sized clear zip bag, a wristlet measuring 4″ x 6″ x 1″, or a diaper bag or medical bag, which will be searched.

CASHLESS ARENA OPERATIONS

The venues of the WCD are cashless. Credit and debit cards are accepted at concession stands, the Team Store and the Box Office.

AUTOGRAPHS

Post-game autographs will be offered directly on the field after each home game! PA Announcements will direct fans upon the completion of the game.

SEASON TICKET HOLDER BENEFITS

Season ticket holder credentials are ready for pickup at our Guest Relations Booth outside of Section 208, aka "The Beach Club."

Please note:

If your game ticket plan included gift items like a Wave hat, winter beanie, and/or drawstring bag, please stop by the Guest Relations Booth beginning with the January 17 game.

And, if your game ticket plan included custom order gift items like a Wave jersey and/or t-shirt, we anticipate having those on hand for distribution by our February 22 home game. If you need personal assistance with your gift order form, please let us know by calling 414-224-9283. Reminder: Deadline to complete is December 30.
