Milwaukee, Wisconsin (November, 2022) – The Milwaukee Wave kick off their 2022-23 home schedule on December 10th, taking on the St. Louis Ambush. The season gets underway in style, with Santa and his elves in attendance, fans can look forward to a festive halftime show and photo ops with Santa during our Home for the Holidays game!
The Wave’s 2022-2023 schedule is posted at milwaukeewave.com/schedule. All home games will occur Friday through Sunday, making Wave games a great destination for fun with family & friends.
“There’s a lot to look forward to this season,” noted Milwaukee Wave owner Mike Zimmerman. “Every game is all-ages fun, on and off the field.”
The Milwaukee Wave returns with Marcio Leite, Ian Bennett, Andre Hayne, Alex Bradley, Derek Huffman, Luan Oliveira, Stuart Grable, Javier Steinwascher, and Mario Alvarez, many of whom were on the 2019 MASL Championship team.
“We have a great returning squad and have added some key new talent,” said Wave Head Coach Giuliano Oliviero. “The whole team can’t wait to get out there and interact with our terrific fans!”
Milwaukee Wave games are a great “in-person” experience that offer an expansive array of events, special guests, fan interaction, prizes, and more.
Some highlighted events this season include Gameshow Night on January 20th, when fans can try their hands at The Price is Right, Deal or No Deal, Family Feud, and a host of other familiar competitions with Van the Man as MC and prizes that include vacations. Princesses & Superheroes will join us at the arena on February 5th. On March 4th, the ever-popular ZOOperstars return, bringing fun and antics for all ages. And, Wave traditions continue with Brad Beach’s Birthday Party on March 19th and Fan Appreciation on March 26th!
