MKE WAVE ADDS GOALKEEPR JEFF RICHEY AND FORWARD CONNOR BREHM

MKE Sports & Entertainment is pleased to announce that the Six-Time Champion MKE Wave Professional Soccer Team has signed goalkeeper Jeff Richey and Racine St. Catherine alum Connor Brehm.

Goalkeeper #7 Jeff Richey from Evanston, Indiana, once played for the Milwaukee Rampage (A-league), Milwaukee Wave United (A-league) and Milwaukee Wave (MISL) before being traded to the Chicago Storm (MISL) in 2004.

"I’m extremely excited to be rejoining the Milwaukee Wave,” said Richey. “I'm honored to be apart of this teams history and great tradition.  I also am looking forward to playing for Coach Oliviera and Vorberg in front of some of the best fans in the league."

"We are very excited to have Jeff join the Wave,” said Head Coach Giuliano Oliviero. “Jeff has a lot of indoor experience and has had a lot of success over his career.”

Richey steps in for the injured Marcel Feenstra who is out for the season after tearing his Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL) and Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) during a game against Detroit, Saturday, November 22nd, 2014.

Forward #33 Connor Brehm from Racine, Wisconsin, joins the MKE Wave Professional Soccer Team after proving himself to coaching staff.

“Connor has been training with the Wave for the past few months and we like the progress we’ve seen,” said Head Coach Giuliano Oliviero. “He has an outstanding work ethic and will be a big part of the team.”

“I’m excited to be a part of this legendary team,” said Brehm. “I want to bring a championship home and get myself a ring. I look forward to it!”

Brehm played at NCAA Division II Bellarmine (Kentucky) between 2011-2013 and had a short stint overseas playing with Belfast Club, Police Service of Northern Ireland FC – known as PSNI FC – in the Northern Ireland Football League, Championship 1.

The MKE Wave are getting ready for back to back road games vs. the rival Baltimore Blast this Friday and Saturday December 12th & 13th at Royal Farms Arena. Both games are scheduled 8:35pm CT and can be watched LIVE! & FREE! via GoLiveSportsCast.com

The MKE Wave return home to UW- Milwaukee Panther Arena, formerly U.S Cellular Arena, Saturday, December 20th at 1:05pm to take on the Tulsa Revolution in the Holi-Craze game! Major Arena Soccer League (MASL):
