MKE WAVE OPEN 2019-20 REGULAR SEASON ON THE ROAD WITH WIN AGAINST ST. LOUIS FRIDAY NIGHT.

The 7-Time Champion Milwaukee Wave held off a very tenacious St. Louis Ambush team Friday night at The Family Arena in St. Charles, Missouri.

FINAL SCORE: Milwaukee Wave 7, St. Louis Ambush 2 / Final.

It was a slow start for both teams Friday night with the Ambush scoring late in the first quarter. After that, it was all Milwaukee Wave.
“There were a lot of variables for the slow start,” said Milwaukee Wave Head Coach Giuliano Oliviero. “First game of the season, the Ambush playing in front of nearly 5,000 people, but in the end there was no panic. We know it wasn’t good enough but we regrouped, brought up the intensity in the second half and are happy with the result.”
