WINNING WEEKEND FOR YOUR MKE WAVE

Your Six-Time Champion MKE Wave returned home after a victory Saturday night in Detroit to face the Wichita B52’s Sunday afternoon at UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena and came out victorious thanks to a great team effort and a three goal performance from #15 Tony Walls.

“The guys looked great right from the get go tonight,” said Head Coach Giuliano Oliviero. “I’m very happy to see our target players get involved in the offense. Bato and Tony have been there for a while, then to see Stefan St. Louis get more and more comfortable at the position, with his new teammates, I’m really pleased. We are really coming into our own and it was just a total team effort all the way around this weekend.”

With the Wave outshooting the Wichita B52’s 44 to 23; the Wave scored first and kept the lead for the rest of the game.

First half MKE Wave goals coming from #18 Stefan St. Louis (unassisted), #10 Luan Oliveria (assist #77 Marcio Leite), #28 Jonathan Greenfield (assist #20 Marcelo Fontana) and #10 Luan Oliveira (assist #77 Marcio Leite).

The Wichita B52’s only recorded one goal in the first half, coming from #20 Brady Bryant.

The Wichita B52’s came out in the second half by pressuring the ball. But the Wave kept attacking the goal, scoring 8 more goals in the second half from #29 JC Banks, 2 goals from #26 Ian Bennett and #8 Bato Randoncic and scoring 3 goals from #15 Tony Walls.

Final Score: MKE Wave 12, Wichita B52's 4.
